Cheryl Fuqua has been a licensed realtor since 2000 with consistent awards for listing and sales production, including the 2014 & 2018 Top Team Award for teams of two in the Chattanooga region. She is an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), the highest designation for realtors who work with residential clients.
In 2019, Cheryl became an Amazon Best Selling Author with her contribution to the new book, The Ultimate Guide to Buying and Selling Homes: Insights from America’s Top Agents. The book made its debut on Amazon at Number 1 in the “Real Estate Sales” category. Amazon also listed the book as the Number 1 Hot New Release in multiple categories.
With a great reputation in the real estate community, Cheryl has built her business by providing her customers insightful market knowledge and customer service that goes above and beyond expectations. She's a persistent negotiator and never gives up on helping her clients find the right home at the right price.
Cheryl lives in the Hixson community and has been married to her husband, Ron, since 1979. Together they have two married children and three grandchildren who also live in Chattanooga. She loves singing in the choir at Hixson First Baptist Church and is a fan of all things Kentucky basketball.

Becky has been working with Fuqua Group since 2005 after retiring from a career as a Registered Nurse. She serves as Transaction Coordinator, meaning she acts as a point of contact for buyers and sellers throughout the sales process. Her tenacity and attention to detail makes her perfect for this role. Becky also assists with marketing of listings and other behind the scenes work that helps the Fuqua Group run smoothly. She’s been married to her husband, Buddy, since 1969 and has two sons, a daughter, and six grandchildren.
